Artsy Wash provides:

        •       Pickup and delivery services
        •       Commercial laundry services for businesses, hotels, Airbnbs, gyms, spas, salons, medical offices, and other clients

All services are subject to availability and these Terms of Service.

2. Account & Payment
        •       Customers may be required to create an account to use our services.
        •       All payments must be made via approved methods (credit/debit card, online payment).
        •       By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
        •       Prices and fees are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated prior to billing.

3. Order Process & Delivery
        •       Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
        •       Laundry should be placed in a bag or hamper at the agreed location.
        •       Artsy Wash is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items if items are not properly prepared or are damaged prior to pickup.
        •       Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours unless otherwise specified.

4. Customer Responsibilities
        •       Remove valuables from pockets and notify us of special care items.
        •       Ensure safe access for pickup and delivery.
        •       Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services.

5. Commercial Accounts
        •       Commercial clients must provide estimated laundry volumes and schedule preferences.
        •       Custom pricing applies based on volume and service type.
        •       Commercial accounts are subject to separate agreements as needed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
        •       Customers may request cancellations or schedule changes before the scheduled pickup.
